Step 1: Choose a Surveyer

Step 2: Apply for Consent
TSC will commence work on your application immediately and you will receive a timeframe for your subdivision.
Step 3: Council Approval with Consent Conditions
TSC will ensure the conditions are completed in the correct order and within council time frames, while ensuring your interests are put first.
Step 4: Engineering Design and Construction Requirements
TSC can arrange any construction or engineering work that needs to be done. We know how much it should cost, so we can make sure you don't get taken for a ride.
Step 5: Actual Surveying
TSC can commence the Surveying stage simultaneously with the Engineering stage to save time.
Step 6: Satisfying Consent Conditions
TSC will ensure all council consent conditions have been met to ensure you get the Completion Certificate from the Council.
Step 7: Working with your Solicitor
TSC will make sure the Completion Certificate and all other relevant documentation is forwarded to your solicitor to obtain the new titles.
