What Can I Do With My Land?
We will explain the entire Subdivision Process and what you can do and can't do.  We explain what's involved, who does what and how many Consultants are needed.  Sometimes there may be negative consequences of doing something, which may be able to be avoided.

How Much Is This Going To Cost Me?
We can quickly give you an Estimate of how much all this is going to cost you.  We provide details of when it is due.  When we start a Subdivision, all of the details and costs are set out for you in writing.

How Much Profit Will I Make?
Your land will increase in value.  Our past experience with Clients tells us that their Land Values increased between 20 percent to over 100 percent.  Of course this can vary from situation to situation.  Our policy is not to proceed with any Subdivision unless it is profitable.

Our clients often ask "will there be taxation on profit?"  The answer to this can vary.  We will show you where to obtain expert advice on possible taxation implications.

What Am I Required To Do?
Clients often ask how much participation is required from me in this process?  As the Client you can do as little or as much as you want to.  We find clients have a variety of needs in this regard.  We can organise the entire process for you, which includes dealing with:

  • Supply Authorities
  • Lawyers
  • Real Estate people
  • Contractors

We provide a total package to service the entire Subdivision through to completion.
