Napier City
This is an aerial view of Napier's lovely Marine Parade.
Napier has always enjoyed a unique spirit demonstrated by its period architecture from the 1920-40's.
The Art Deco festival has gathered great momentum over recent years and along with other harvest events has attracted many visitors for a long weekend only to discover this is a destination that needs to be savoured longer.
As a result of these fleeting holidays many have decided to move to the Napier region or to purchase that second house to make that transition easier. Consequently many new developments have transpired and Napier City Council is under renewed pressure to find suitably zoned land.
To facilitate this development Napier City Council works with owners and developers through the Napier City Council District Plan which, like everything in life, is now online.
It may be helpful for you to browse the Napier City Council website, however for more detailed property information these may be better...
