Commercial Subdivision
This project created the site now occupied by Payless Plastics, Dick Smith and a number of other retail stores. The Hastings site was typical of many commercial sites in that it involved old titles with complex easements and building legislative issues. Through careful management we were able to deliver titles and lease diagrams in time for occupation.
