PINZ & PCNZ, Rentable Area Surveys
This building is part of a Business Park Development in Ahuriri, Napier. It is currently set up to cater for three commercial tennants. The purpose of this survey was to define the rentable areas for the buildings. This enables rents to be determined for these areas based on market rates for rentable space. In this case the rent was based on price per m² of space.
