Residential Subdivision

Parkvale community is a 47 unit title residential development in the aspiring neighbourhood of Parkvale, Hastings.  It is unique in its intimate community atmosphere, having only one common entrance and no individual fencing adding to an open feeling of blended grounds and pathways.  The development has attracted a range of demographics from retirees to first home buyers.  It has been a pleasure to be involved in its creation.
