Rural Subdivision
This rural subdivision was by no means the hardest to carry out, in fact it is worth mentioning because of its ease of completion. Being very familiar with survey rules and regulations allowed us to create this retirement lifestyle lot for our client without even visiting the site with an instrument. The lot we created was part of a larger title but separated by a rural road. For minimal expense we were able to get a separate title for our client and create a spot next to an idyllic fishing river. Maximising subdivision value can sometimes be relatively easy.
