Unit Title Subdivision

Shed 5 is a modern residential and commercial unit title development in Napier that the developer took exceptional care to create in a style that keeps with the unique architecture of the old Ahuriri Port.  Ahuriri is quickly evolving into a vibrant mix of cafes, restaurants and trendy bars ideal for those wanting the freedom that unit title living can deliver.

In 2010 the Unit Titles Act was revised and brought in a series of changes in how unit title plans were presented.  We were lucky enough to have a new project created by Mackersey Development Ltd located next to the Crown Hotel in Napier to implement our new knowledge.

The result is a unit title development incorporating a mixture of restaurants, a boutique movie theatre and apartment living.  Also included in the wider subdivision is the new 26-room Navigate Motel.
